What will be taught in this course?

The teaching content is based on typical work projects, contextual introduction, combining professional theoretical knowledge with actual production management, transforming typical work tasks into learning areas, and transforming the production operation process into learning process. There are ten modules in the course, which are Introduction to Production Operation Management, Facility Selection and Layout, Product Development and Process Selection, Work Study and Work Design, Production Planning Management, Inventory Management, ERP, Project Management, Quality Management and New Production Operation Methods.

What can I learn?

The four major phases of designing, building, operating and maintaining production systems are explained from multiple perspectives. It enables students to understand the process and content of enterprise production operation management, initially possess the ability and skills of production operation management design, cultivate students' awareness of occupational safety and healthy ideological and moral sentiments, develop professional ethics of love and dedication, cultivate rigorous work habits and positive learning attitudes, and enhance students' sense of teamwork.
